Scope of engagement
Each engagement is governed by a written scope of work issued before commencement, setting out deliverables, professional fees and itemised government charges.
Client obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and lawfully attested documentation. Timelines assume documents are supplied as requested.
Fees and payment
Professional fees are fixed per scope. Government fees, translation and attestation costs are passed through at cost and are non-refundable once paid to an authority.
Approvals
Licensing and registration decisions rest solely with the relevant Saudi authority. We do not guarantee outcomes, but we do guarantee correct and complete preparation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with jurisdiction in the courts of Riyadh.
